Under the hood
Public records and source links support a Next.js research interface. Server-side intake and Stripe subscription routes connect the product to customer records. Filing recency and a company's fit are separate checks; a filing alone is not evidence of purchase intent.
The problem
A filing is public. Finding the right company, checking its details, and deciding why to reach out still takes work.
What we built
A public filing board, sourced research examples, and a tailored-brief request flow. The offer brings company context and checked contact information together around the customer's criteria.
What the evidence shows
The site publishes dated SEC records with source links and a visible refresh status. Visitors can inspect a real historical brief and request three tailored briefs.
Scope of this example
The public board is not a qualified buyer list. A funding filing is a reason to investigate, not proof that a company wants to buy. This is our product, not a client revenue case study.
