From reply to delivery
Keep the work moving after a yes.
How the system connects
- Reply capture
- SQLite job
- Build & review
- Authorized delivery
Under the hood
Python adapters and a SQLite-backed state machine record handoffs, claims, leases, and receipts. Models receive bounded interpretation or review tasks. File hashes tie quality-review evidence to the artifact being sent. The documented test required manual recovery; durable records expose those gaps rather than hiding them.
The problem
A prospect replies, but the next steps are scattered across inboxes, tools, and people. A finished file alone does not mean the customer received it.
What we built
We connected Smartlead replies, a durable job record, a video build, exact-file quality checks, and an authorized email send. Payment and human-review boundaries remain separate.
What the evidence shows
A controlled test produced an eight-second, three-scene property preview. The corrected file passed visual review, its published bytes matched the approved file, and the test recipient confirmed receipt.
Scope of this example
The initial single-scene version needed correction. The successful delivery included manual bridging, so it is evidence of the connected steps, not a claim of fully unattended fulfillment.
