Submit within 14 days of delivery. Include the company and evidence so we can check it.

We replace confirmed wrong/disconnected numbers, invalid email addresses, duplicates previously delivered to you, filings outside our three-day delivery window, and misses against agreed filters. Replacements do not use your new-brief allowance. If no matching replacement is available, we agree a credit before closing the request.

No answer, spam screening, a rejection, an existing supplier, or no sale is not a data defect. Email checks do not guarantee inbox placement or a reply. Older research you explicitly requested is judged against its separately agreed date range.
